Sports clubs & academies
For organisations that want to develop more than technical skills, embedding confidence, attention, perseverance, teamwork and discipline into existing programmes.
SEAD Experiences is an initiative born from our Advisory work. Years spent studying athlete pathways, clubs and high-performance environments showed us that as athletes progress, development becomes increasingly intentional: not only technically, but specifically built around confidence, attention, perseverance, teamwork and discipline.
While only a few children will reach elite sport, we believe every child should benefit from what it teaches.
We work with clubs, academies and schools to embed confidence, focus, perseverance, teamwork and discipline into the activities they already deliver.
Starting from each existing programme, we work with our partners’ coaches and educators to select, adapt and embed experiences designed around specific developmental capabilities, supported by SEAD’s methodology, activity library and progression framework. Our methodology has been developed with input from high-performance specialists and educators.
Children come to play. We help build what they take away.
Access to SEAD’s activity library, programme tools and coach resources, adapted to the partner’s existing curriculum.
Co-create a dedicated event or programme — from sports camps to real-world challenges — built around specific developmental objectives.

For schools looking to strengthen holistic child development through PE, after-school and enrichment programmes.

For organisations that want children to take more away from an activity, turning, for example, a cooking class into a restaurant experience where children cook, serve, collaborate and take responsibility.
